When you get into the realm of exercising, you can often feel like you are placed into a chicken and the egg situation. You get tired and you have shortness of breath when you are exercising because you are out of shape, but it can feel impossible to get yourself in shape if you cannot find ways to motivate yourself to exercise more.

The only solution is to just keep going and keep trying and if you do it every day, it gets a little bit easier. New studies show that inflammation from exercising is potentially directly correlated to your body mass index.
